Welcome to Caught In A Fantasy

This is a collection of thoughts about a whole host of moving images under the wide banner of "speculative fiction".

This includes more or less anything with a supernatural or futuristic element, therefore including the genres of fantasy, science fiction, horror and the supernatural, as well as their combinations. We'll also allow ourselves to creep outside this definition, so will include historical tales as well as legend stories.

The essence is fantasy though so when including side genres, such as horror, there will most likely be a fantasy element. In addition, historical films will normally be focused on older periods, although not always, and will have conflict at their heart. It is planned that this will include films and short series.

We've got a huge backlog to work through - but please send a message to ask us to watch something. We might already have it lined up! Any comments, corrections or clarifications are of course welcomed.
