Thoughts:   Rival Kings must unite to defeat a dragon and a hunter helps along the way.

This bounces between two main Kingdoms that are sometimes very close to each other, and other times seemingly far away, depending on what the plot needs.

The dragons arrive from space and seemingly could just get on and ravage the Kingdom. Instead, they decide to just take it slow and set fire to people. A lot.

In fact, I think some of them might well be the same person. The dragons themselves are decent enough but some of the acting is a little hammy. That said, the script doesn't demand much and the story is a little haphazard.

I think it would have been better if the warring Kingdoms could have done something first then let the dragons in to spice it up and give them a common enemy as a point of conflict, whilst their own agendas play out. It's just typical of some of the film's lameness.
