Oh dear. I loved playing the game in a whole host of formats, and in the fantasy lite days of yesteryear, quite liked the cartoon series. But this is not a good take on the ideas and concepts.
The story is too much like one of the old card bound scenarios and is not supported in many areas. The cast is quite decent, including some guests, but that's where it ends as they aren't then directed anywhere good. It all looks done on the cheap, with poor effects. That doesn't help when the script is lame and predictable. It's a surprise that someone so inexperienced was placed at the helm of such a valuable franchise, and is in keeping with the things that turned many off the games. There is so little to recommend.
